At Fiskerton CE Primary School it is a priority to ensure that we are meeting the needs of every child within our school community to enable them to flourish and reach their full potential. As part of this, we are committed to ensuring that all our staff are kept up to date in the latest developments, research and strategies to ensure we are effectively supporting all children with SEND needs across our school. Our staff undertake a wide range of training to support the needs of our SEND children throughout the year as detailed below and also undertake SEND training modules from the LCSB. We also have an ELSA trained professional within our school who has specific training to provide emotional, social and pastoral support to children who need it across our school.
